I sought out and got a number of estimates from companies to come up with a solution to intense direct sunlight hitting the front of my house in the afternoons. Furniture inside the house has faded as a result of the sunlight. We landed on Made In The Shade for a lot of reasons. The initial consultation was incredibly friendly, spot on with what we were asking for, and timely. Even getting the appointment set up was flawless because we received an immediate text to schedule the consultation after I had called in. They recommended some remotely retractable shades made out of really top notch materials. We chose one that would block out 95% of the UV rays. Once we chose Made In The Shade, there was communication throughout the process leading up to the scheduling of the installation. The installation was done beautifully, everything was cleaned up nicely afterwards, and the crew was absolutely terrific to work with. Immediately after it was done, I received a follow up from the office to make sure everything was OK and any additional information I asked for was provided. In this case they sent me electronic versions of all of the instructions and warranties. The process was flawless, and I would use Made In The Shade again without any reservation. Great value for the money, great treatment and terrific work.
