Brad came to our house, listened to what we were trying to achieve, and gave us several options.  We liked what he recommended, he gave us a quote with a timeline.  Once ordered material arrived (on time), we scheduled installation. The crew arrived on time and installed in a couple of hours. We had a great experience with Made in the Shade (West Triangle) for sun shades on our porch. Jeremy was our design consultant and did a fantastic job understanding what we needed, helping us narrow down the exact type of shade for our space. The install team was fantastic. They got everything assembled and installed quickly, worked efficiently, and answered all of our questions along the way. It's clear they know what they're doing. The shades turned out exactly what we were looking for and have made a big difference keeping our porch cool in the summer. It's nice to work with a locally owned company that actually takes pride in the work. Thanks again, Jeremy, and the whole team. We hired Made in the Shade to install new blinds after a kitchen/laundry room remodel and could not be happier! Brad came out and measured and helped us pick out blinds. Oh my, I am just in love with my roman shades & roller shade! Jeremy was great to work with & very knowledgeable. Although I knew what I wanted in kitchen, the den was a different story. We have a picture window that gets lots of sun coming through. Needed something to block sun but not dark as to seeming like a cave. Jeremy suggested a light filtering roller shade, he nailed it! So elegant looking too! Also a shout out to Nolen for installing everything! Everyone was so great to work with, I would definitely recommend  Made in the Shade! Outstanding service and quality.  The first time we met Jeremy, he fixed an automatic shade that wasn't holding a charge.  A few months after that, we had just recently purchased a house with miserable window shades and blinds.  We asked Jeremy to recommend something that was affordable, high quality and showed some class.  He recommended shutters for almost all our windows. Our only mistake was not finishing our home with some tricky shaped windows.  We called him back a year later and asked him to recommend something for those windows.  Once again, Made in the Shade and Jeremy delivered outstanding shutters, even for a round window and a large transom window.  The shutters matched our window trim perfectly and completed our home.  I can honestly say that the shutters that Jeremy delivered significantly increased the value of our home.  I must say something about installation.  Every employee that works on the crew is educated, thoughtful, and well mannered.  On this second phase, Matt came with Jeremy to do the install.  Matt was just as great as Jeremy.  How nice to have him introduce himself and remind me that we had met on the initial install.  You can't lose using this company. I sought out and got a number of estimates from companies to come up with a solution to intense direct sunlight hitting the front of my house in the afternoons. Furniture inside the house has faded as a result of the sunlight. We landed on Made In The Shade for a lot of reasons. The initial consultation was incredibly friendly, spot on with what we were asking for, and timely. Even getting the appointment set up was flawless because we received an immediate text to schedule the consultation after I had called in. They recommended some remotely retractable shades made out of really top notch materials. We chose one that would block out 95% of the UV rays. Once we chose Made In The Shade, there was communication throughout the process leading up to the scheduling of the installation. The installation was done beautifully, everything was cleaned up nicely afterwards, and the crew was absolutely terrific to work with. Immediately after it was done, I received a follow up from the office to make sure everything was OK and any additional information I asked for was provided. In this case they sent me electronic versions of all of the instructions and warranties. The process was flawless, and I would use Made In The Shade again without any reservation.
