Regina and Lenny here to tell you, Made in the Shade is fantabulous!! We recently called for an estimate on roller shades for our patio door and 7 windows. Brad answered the call and a few days, not weeks, he was here with samples in hand and a wealth of information about the product and installation. MITS was our first estimate and we were sold! We never take the first but Brad was wonderful!! He was polite and not pushy, a huge selling point for us. He was very knowledgeable, and explained down to the smallest detail. Extremely patient, as I changed my mind about the material a few times🤪 He set up an install date for about four weeks and delivered on the dot! He was on time, went straight to it, fast, precise, careful and VOILA, the shades were up, working smoothly and looking gorgeous❤️ I highly recommend Made in the Shade and Brad!!
