My sales rep Carolyn is super nice and very professional. Her measurements were accurate, she made great suggestions and truly listens to her clients rather than trying to just cram down your throat a bunch of pitches like another company did (and they were almost exactly the same price after their supposed “discount,” too). Made in the Shade uses quality products. I bought the faux wood textured blinds. They have several shades of white and the color I picked goes great with my window trim. The installer Nolan is also super nice and very professional. He quickly and efficiently installed the blinds and pointed out the lever door handle I just had installed on the back door could catch when turning the door blinds (something I hadn’t considered when I bought the door lock because I’d already had the old door blinds taken down, duhhh). I LOVE my blinds! Made in the Shade Blinds are fairly priced, quality products and I highly recommend Made in the Shade Blinds and Carolyn and Nolan in particular!!
