PHENOMENAL experience! From the initial reach out to the install, we truly had the most incredible experience. Brad was extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional, while also being helpful and not salesey or pushy whatsoever. A rare combination!This is an investment, so we tried to prepare and went into it with a good idea of what we wanted. Brad helped us to decide on certain fabrics and style and which windows needed the drapes or didn’t. He brought to our attention certain lighting aspects that we hadn’t considered. He and his team installed the very high quality drapes seamlessly and they were all very respectful of our personal space and home. We highly recommend them!
